Cookies

The website of LS telcom AG use cookies. Cookies are text files which are stored on a computer system via an web browser.

Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the person concerned from other web browsers that contain other cookies. A particular web browser can be recognized and identified by its unique cookie ID.

By using cookies, LS telcom AG can provide users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without cookies.

By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized for the user. Cookies enable us, as already mentioned, to recognize the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the user of a website that uses cookies does not have to re-enter his access data each time he visits the website because this is taken over by the website and the cookie stored on the user's computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping basket in the online shop. The online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed in the virtual shopping basket via a cookie.

The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the web browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an web browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common web browsers. If the person concerned deactivates the setting of cookies in the web browser used, not all functions of our website may be fully usable.

Privacy policy for the use and application of Doubleclick by Google

The data controller has integrated Doubleclick by Google on this website.

Doubleclick by Google is a service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Doubleclick by Google uses cookies to present advertisements relevant to the person concerned. A pseudonymous identification number (ID) is assigned to the person concerned in the browser of the computer in order to check which ads were displayed in the browser concerned and which ads were called. The cookies do not contain any personal information. The use of Doubleclick cookies only allows Google and its partner websites to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites on the Internet.

The information generated by the cookies is transmitted by Google to a server in the USA for analysis and stored there. A transfer of data by Google to third parties only takes place due to legal regulations or within the scope of order data processing. Under no circumstances will Google match the data of the person concerned with other data collected by Google. By using this website, the person concerned agrees to the data collected about him/her being processed by Google and the data processing method and purpose described above. The person concerned may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on his/her browser, however, we point out to the person concerned that in this case it may not be possible to use all functions of the websites to their full extent. The person concerned can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookies and relating to their use of the website and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at www.google.com/settings (Doubleclick deactivation extension). Alternatively, the person concerned can deactivate the Doubleclick cookies on the Digital Advertising Alliance website at www.aboutads.info/choices/.

Privacy policy for the use and application of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)

The data controller has integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymisation function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analysis is the elicitation, collection and evaluation of data on the behaviour of visitors to websites. A web analysis service collects, among other things, data on the website from which a person concerned has accessed a website (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website have been accessed or how often and for how long a subpage has been viewed. A web analysis is mainly used to optimize a website and for cost-benefit analysis of Internet advertising.

The Google Analytics component is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The data controller uses the suffix "_gat.anonymizeIp" for the web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this addition, Google shortens and anonymizes the IP address of the Internet connection of the person concerned when accessing our website from a member state of the European Union or from another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyse the flow of visitors to our website. Google uses the data and information collected to evaluate the use of our website, among other things, to compile online reports for us that show the activities on our website and to provide other services in connection with the use of our website.

Google Analytics places a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is enabled to analyse the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is called up, which is operated by the data controller and on which a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the web browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical process, Google obtains knowledge of personal data, such as the IP address of the person concerned, which serves Google, among other things, to trace the origin of visitors and clicks and subsequently enable commission statements.

Cookies are used to store personal information, such as access time, the location from which access came and the frequency of visits to our website by the person concerned. Whenever you visit our website, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the person concerned, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may disclose personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.

The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time, as already described above, by means of an appropriate setting of the web browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the web  browser used would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the web browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, it is possible for the person concerned to object to and prevent the collection of data generated by Google Analytics relating to the use of this website and the processing of this data by Google. To do this, the person concerned must download and install a browser add-on from the link tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information on visits to websites may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered a contradiction by Google. If the person's information technology system is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later time, the person concerned must reinstall the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the person concerned or another person within their control, it is possible to reinstall or reactivate the browser add-on.

Further information and Google's current privacy policy can be found at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html Google Analytics will be explained in more detail under this link www.google.com/intl/de_en/analytics/.

Privacy policy for the use and application of Google Maps

The data controller has integrated Google Maps on this website.

Google Maps (API) is a web service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") to display interactive (land) maps for visual representation of geographical information. By using this service, visitors to the website are shown the company's location and any directions are made easier.

Information about the use of the respective website (such as the IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA as soon as the sub-pages into which the Google Maps map is integrated are accessed. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which the person concerned is logged in, or whether no user account exists. If the person concerned is logged in to Google, their data will be assigned directly to their account. If this assignment is not desired, the person concerned must log out before activating the button. Google saves the data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation takes place in particular according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of the legitimate interests of Google in the insertion of personalised advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

If the person concerned does not agree to the future transmission of his/her data to Google as part of the use of Google Maps, it is also possible to completely deactivate the Google Maps web service by switching off the JavaScript application in the browser. Google Maps and therefore also the map display on this website cannot be used.

Google's terms of use can be viewed at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html, the additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html

Detailed information on data protection in connection with the use of Google Maps can be found on Google's website ("Google Privacy Policy"): www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Privacy policy for the use and application of Google Font

The controller has integrated Google fonts into this website. Google provides free fonts that can be used when designing websites.

This site uses web fonts provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") to uniformly display fonts. When a page is called, a person's browser loads the required Web fonts into the browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser used by the person concerned must connect to Google's servers. This gives Google knowledge that the relevant website has been accessed via the IP address of the person concerned. The use of Google Web Fonts takes place in the interest of a uniform and appealing representation of the on-line offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the person's browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by the person's computer.

Google LLC., based in the USA, is certified for the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Privacy policy for the use and application of Facebook

The data controller has integrated components of Facebook on this website. Facebook is a social network.

Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the controller and on which a Facebook component (Facebook plug-in) has been integrated, the web browser on the person's information technology system is automatically prompted by the respective Facebook component to download a representation of the corresponding Facebook component of Facebook. An overview of all Facebook plug-ins can be found at developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. As part of this technical process, Facebook is informed about which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.

If the person concerned is logged on to Facebook at the same time, Facebook recognizes which specific subpage of our website the person concerned visits with every visit to our website by the person concerned and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website. This information is collected by the Facebook component and assigned by Facebook to the respective Facebook account of the person concerned. If the person concerned clicks one of the Facebook buttons integrated on our website, for example the "Like" button, or the person concerned makes a comment, Facebook assigns this information to the personal Facebook user account of the person concerned and stores this personal data.

Facebook receives information via the Facebook component that the person concerned has visited our website whenever the person concerned is logged on to Facebook at the same time as accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person concerned clicks on the Facebook component or not. If the person concerned does not want this information to be transmitted to Facebook, they can prevent it from being transmitted by logging out of their Facebook account before calling up our website.

LinkedIn is operated by LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Privacy matters outside the USA are the responsibility of LinkedIn Ireland, Privacy Policy Issues, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Each time our website is accessed and equipped with a LinkedIn component (LinkedIn plug-in), this component causes the browser used by the person concerned to download a corresponding representation of the LinkedIn component. Further information on the LinkedIn plug-ins can be found at developer.linkedin.com/plugins In the course of this technical procedure, LinkedIn is informed which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.

If the person concerned is simultaneously logged in to LinkedIn, every time the person concerned visits our website and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website, LinkedIn recognizes which specific subpage of our website the person concerned visits. This information is collected by the LinkedIn component and assigned by LinkedIn to the respective LinkedIn account of the person concerned. If the person concerned clicks a LinkedIn button integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the personal LinkedIn user account of the person concerned and stores this personal data.

LinkedIn receives information via the LinkedIn component that the person concerned has visited our website whenever the person concerned is logged in to LinkedIn at the same time as accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person concerned clicks on the LinkedIn component or not. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programs, music videos, trailers or videos produced by users themselves can be called up via the Internet portal.

YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the webbrowser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the controller and on which a flickr component has been integrated, the web browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective flickr component to download a representation of the corresponding component from flickr. In the course of this technical procedure, flickr is informed which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.

If the person concerned is logged in to flickr at the same time, each time the person concerned visits our website and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website, flickr will recognize which specific subpage the person concerned visits. This information is collected by the flickr component and assigned to the person's flickr account by flickr.
